Vessel bezahlt AwesomenessTV Partnern 2,6 Millionen US-Dollar

Vessel kennen vielleicht schon einige.

Vessel Content and Referral Agreements

Vessel, a start-up subscription Internet video service of which Jason Kilar is the chief executive officer and a significant stockholder, has entered into (and is expected to continue to enter into) content and referral agreements with clients of AwesomenessTV (“ATV”), one of the Company’s majority owned subsidiaries. The agreements in effect as of the date of this Proxy Statement provide for minimum payments of approximately $2.6 million during the next three years to AwesomenessTV clients, with additional payments depending on applicable advertising and subscription revenues. An aggregate of $349,040 was paid by Vessel in 2014 with respect to these agreements and an aggregate of $297,250 has been paid in 2015 as of the date of this Proxy Statement, Although AwesomenessTV is not a party to these agreements, it will receive a percentage of the amounts paid to its clients under the terms of its arrangements with its individual clients. The agreements between Vessel and ATV’s clients were not approved by the Audit Committee prior to being executed, although the Company intends to submit them for ratification at the Audit Committee’s next quarterly meeting.
